Overview
Emily focuses her practice on representing clients in general and complex commercial real estate matters including, developers, owners, lending institutions, landlords, and tenants. She assists with negotiating acquisition and disposition transaction documents, performing due diligence, negotiating loan transaction documents, and negotiating leases.
Emily was formerly with the law firm of Rudolph Friedman LLP in Boston where she concentrated her practice in complex commercial litigation. In addition, she worked for Prince, Lobel, Glovsky and Tye, LLP, Donovan Hatem, and Adkins, Kelston, & Zavez, P.C. Her background in complex commercial litigation informs her transactional practice, bringing a litigator's perspective to contract negotiation and risk assessment.
